Introduction:
Nanocrystalline cores does not have mechanical strength ,it’s not suitable to wind directly on it. So it will usually pack by plastic case or by epoxy resin spraying.
The nanocrystalline magnetic core coating adopts high temperature epoxy resin powder spraying process, with a layer of 0.2 ~ 0.7mm (depending on the product) coating on surface of the cores, which is used as the insulating layer of core and has a certain mechanical strength.
